Her name is Mackenzie Ford, and she answered all my questions without any hesitation – and they were not easy ones because I had asked these questions to several other experts at five different companies (including two bank managers and their go-to's) who each had their share of ums and uhs and hesitations. I spoke with Nabeel Jagani who was so patient and caring in discussing my unique situation, and how to deal with the interaction between EIDL, PPP and PUA. His customer service was creme de la creme and I recommend Bench's bookkeeping services to anyone trying to have all their records neatly organized. They have a pool of information collected by full-time researchers that they can inform you with on every financial decision in these uncertain times of the pandemic.

I have done many reviews but this company deserves 7 stars! Darien and his team have lifted the burden of accounting from my work and lessened my stress dramatically!!! They do what they say, have a great portal, and are always trying to help!

Onboarding was very thorough, the UI is easy to follow. I like the concierge service level with an assigned team. Fast response to questions. They refer other services such as lenders for PPP.
