Great experience with Bench

I’ve had a great experience with Bench Accounting since their transition last year. Their customer service is excellent- responsive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. Having a dedicated agent who understands our business has made a huge difference, and the portal is intuitive and easy to navigate. Having accurate and timely reporting is critical, and Bench makes that part of my job significantly easier. Highly recommend.

Bench is a no brainer for business owners!

Bench has been one of the best services/softwares I’ve signed up for since starting my business in 2017 (6.5 years ago)! Bookkeeping is not only a headache for the business owner, but getting it done correctly is vitally important for your taxes. Esther is always responsive and will get on calls with my tax guy as needed, her and the team always go above and beyond!! Highly recommend!
