What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I have enjoyed working with Bazaarvoice to help gather and own reviews. I enjoy using their portal to access the reviews gather. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Understanding how to syndicate two logos under one corporation. However, the issue was fixed with the help of customer service and my AM. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? collecting organic reviews

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Insights tool is a great way to mine information about our shoppers What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Wish there was an easier way to audit/ensure all reviews are on our retailer site What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps us to improve our content on retailer sites & drive conversion

"BV: is great but sometimes it just feels old school"

"Limited grocery retailer syndication"
What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? Platform is easy to use - easy to export reviews from the dashboard and relatively smooth syndication to retailer What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? Only syndicate to 1 retailer, despite being told that another retailer would be onboarding. Renewal negotiations have been challenging and large increase in costs. What problems is Bazaarvoice solving and how is that benefiting you? Syndicate ratings and review to retailer website
