What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I find it most helpful that all of our client's reviews and questions can all be found in one place. I like that the platform the respond is very user friendly. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I would say the least helpful part is the reporting tool. It takes so many difficult and unnecessary steps to do the simplest things. The platform is so restrictive that it prevents us from enhancing and expanding our program.
