What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I like that it emails me when a customer leaves a question, so I don't have to check it daily to see if anyone is waiting. As soon as it emails me, I go in, see the customer's question and can immediately respond to it. It is nice to be able to provide feedback to customers in a very simple manner.
