What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? We have been working with Bazaar Voice for 3 years or so, and are very happy with the platform itself as well as the Customer Support. Over the years we've enjoyed using the user friendly dashboard and having the ability to assist our customers in a quick and efficient way by accessing the Workbench.
