"Expensive service and a platform that could use a major revamp to be usable"

What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? The only upside to Bazaarvoice is their syndication with major retailers, the rest is pretty unable from a customer experience perspective. We have tried to get help from their team and if they are not selling you something they don't seem to care. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice?
