What do you like best about Bazaarvoice? I love how it's super easy to use. You do not have to be an expert in queries, with all the filter options you get a ton of useful information. What do you dislike about Bazaarvoice? I don't care for the 2 dashboards (old vs new) I don't like the fact that I feel like I am using 2 different applications after the update.
