What do you like best? The UI is very intuitive and very easy to learn. I've worked in other DSPs that were sluggish and very hard to work it. User Friendly Interface, Strong Support

What do you like best? The dashboard is fairly intuitive and the initial setup to get the basics up and running smoothly is not that difficult. Customer support through the first six months was very helpful in getting our team familiar with the levers available to customize and optimize audience delivery. Basis allows us to run an efficient media team

What do you like best? Basis allows us to have full transparency into where our working media dollars are spend. It also lets us centralize our social and Google ad campaign data. What do you dislike? Optimizations can be manual at times but machine learning optimizations are being improved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've been able to in-house digital media and rely less on managed services.
