Using Basis

What do you like best? I think that it's a really easy platform to navigate and understand as I am new to programmatic display buying. What do you dislike? There are a few features I know other platforms offer that Basis doesn't which would be great. Scheduling ads would be nice and more of a mainstream way to optimize. Easy to Use

What do you like best? We use Basis for a very niche offering at our firm and getting reporting out of a DSP is very important. The csv export with detailed line items is incredibly easy to obtain. What do you dislike? Lack of clarity on ad approval process from external networks like Google and AppNexus. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you will be trafficking a lot of ad units on a regular basis Basis' batch-up load makes it much easier. What problems are you ...

What do you like best? The insights and reporting tools make pulling information so convenient! Also, Jeff Poteracki, our Customer Success Manager was fantastic to work with. He was consistently available, able to answer almost all of our questions, and knew how to find the answers he didn't know off hand. Extremely friendly and made using Basis much easier. User friendly and simple

What do you like best? It's super easy to create and manage campaigns. Plus it helps keep all brands and campaigns more organized and easily accessible. Everything is easy to find and layout makes complete sense. Extremely user friendly. What do you dislike? The Centro/terminology is hard to remember for someone who is not inside, buying regularly. What do you like best? the interface is easy to use and get used to What do you dislike? i dislike how the zip code reporting is not correct, and for one zip code, there are a few cities from a few different states from that one zip code. User-friendly, comprehensive tool and team

What do you like best? The Centro team's support is fantastic, and visibility on reporting and performance within the tool along with the ease of use. What do you dislike? Some of the planning experiences could be improved - helping us determine appropriate spend levels based on available volume, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mainly performance problems with client campaigns, which we get great control over in basis.

A good self-service DSP with great customer service

What do you like best? The platform gives users a significant amount of control over ads and optimization, and once you learn how to navigate the interface, it's fairly easy to use. There are great targeting segments, no shortage of exchanges, and relatively simple optimization tools. The number of categories for creative is incredible — from the usual static image/video to GIFs, HTMLs, audio files, and more.
