Excellent Tool for Keeping Teams on Task for Projects

What do you like best? I've found the Basecamp layout to be very intuitive. I love that you can simply reply to conversations via email, and they all get recorded in the "campfire". The "to-do" lists are excellent and very flexible. What do you dislike? While the price is fair, there are other options out there for smaller organizations for significantly less money.
