Centralizes all project information, including documents, tasks, and communications, enabling seamless collaboration and organization.
Strong team collaboration tools, including real-time communication, task assignments, and notifications to keep everyone aligned.
Highly effective for remote and hybrid teams, allowing easy management of tasks and communication across distances.

The best project manager ever
What do you like best? We are a remote team of 7 people and can't live without Basecamp. We replaced Slack, email and other stuff and went all-in with Basecamp 3 months ago and we love it. Everything is in one place, it's fast, don't get in the way. We can assigned each other todos, discuss about it, notify anyone involved, … It helps us to get things done and keep a good momentum on the many projects we need to handle. Oh, and service support is great ! What do you dislike? I hate ...

Easy to learn, easy to use
What do you like best? simple interface, easy to add events. Like the 6 week out view. easy to track who has been contributing what. i didnt have to have anyone teach me to use it. It's super intuitive. What do you dislike? I have to do so much scrolling on the progress page with the time line. The "Everything" tab is too much. I'd rather have an extra tabs that spread everything out that is currently within the "everything" tab What business problems are you solving with the ...

Empowers teams working remotely on a project
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is reliable for teams working in multiple projects and thus the need to communicate more often. With this tool, it helps the teams to communicate and share files and documents that are essential for the success of that project. With different departments working in different projects, this product will come in handy. There is a to-do list feature that assigns or reminds everyone what they are supposed to do. On the same platform, ...

What do you like best? the view and the thread of the system. the way you can open new projects and new groups. The OG of project management
What do you like best? Basecamp was the original player of project management and offers an excellent resource for companies looking for a way to get started. It's fairly easy to use and has a comprehensive suite of tools. What do you dislike? The interface and features have been leapfrogged by some of its competitors. There are products that I feel are easier to use. Recommendations to others considering the product Get a demo of the software before committing. That's the big ...

Basecamp: excellent intuitive tool for a variety of projects
What do you like best? The functionality of basecamp is impressive. Intuitive use, easy organization, depending on what type of people you are working with (tech. vs. non -tech, learning curve upon first using it is moderate and thus it is fairly easy to invite new people to projects. What do you dislike? If you are inviting people who have no experience with Basecamp, the learning curve could be a bit steeper. Also, you need to set your notifications wisely, otherwise you will be ...

Very Middle of the Road
What do you like best? Basecamp is very user-friendly! It is very easy to share files with everyone in the company or with specific groups. What do you dislike? If there are a lot of people in your company, your email inbox will quickly fill up with notifications from people responding to each other. I know that notification settings can be changed, but it doesn't really say so until after the emails flood in. Some files can get lost in the shuffle of things if a lot of documents are ...

What do you like best? I think I like the intuitive element of how the system works What do you dislike? I dislike that Basecamp doesn't have better user instructions What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good project management features
What do you like best? The ability to manage projects with ease and within a single platform without the need to use other project management tools. What do you dislike? Basecamp lacks some features like subtasks, which is a very nice way to send to-dos to other departments and let them split the task. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing projects and communicating about it while everything is documented.
