A clear winner amongst project management tools!

What do you like best? Basecamp is a wonderful tool. With Basecamp, our clients can simply post on the message board, add to and check the status of projects, review the to-do board and upload files and documents to the doc/files board. Very simple and very straightforward! What do you like best? The layout and structure of the site is pretty easy to follow. What do you dislike? Hard to share material across groups (we separated our departments by groups). Recommendations to others considering the product: Useful when trying to organize, less effective when it comes to implementation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basecamp helped to get us all on the same page during a transitional period.

Great Communication/Planning tool

What do you like best? Easy access through the App, the ability to categorize topics, to pick and choose who gets to see what, to allow clients to use BaseCamp to communicate with staff, one another, and personalize BaseCamp to fit their needs, especially in regards to receiving notifications. What do you like best? I liked that I was able to easily communicate ideas with my team. What do you dislike? I had some issues uploading and sharing different file types.
