Great UX for clients. Easy and straight forward interface!

What do you like best? I like the user functionality and how easy it is to chat to clients on the platform. What do you dislike? It can get confusing if there is a big project - and hard to integrate with other systems. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you organise threads or they can get confusing! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaboration with clients has been transformed.

Easy & Reliable for Workplace Communication & Workflow Management

What do you like best? Our company uses the Message Boards the most and find it to be a very easy and clear way to keep all projects organized. Love that we can attach large files as that is how we direct approvals. Client projects are also very helpful for approvals, and it is appreciated that the interface is obvious about which have a client on them and which do not. Top of the line

What do you like best? I love the capabilities BaseCamp provides for coordinating projects off-site and in various locations. What do you dislike? Some of the editing features for the task list are limited. I wish there were more choices for adjusting tasks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm in charge of projects where members from 30+ offices are involved. Basecamp makes it as easy as having us all in one place.
