I used basecamp for many years, really professional tool with lack of flexibility and its been main problem for me.

Basecamp is the product you need to run your Company. Period.

What do you like best? One app solution, it helps internal-talks that is their campfire feature. Their notice board for all company intros and notices. Project based tier features.
