Excellent Project Management Tool

What do you like best? I like that it reminds me when projects are coming due. I also like that when I comment or ask a question that everyone on the project gets it. And, that you don't have to email files to everyone. What do you dislike? The daily summary emails they send are repetitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? What I like the most is that it serves as a repository of everything shared and discussed during a project. Basecamp is a really good tool if you are working on a project with a remote team of three or more people. What do you dislike? Effective for managing small projects

What do you like best? Basecamp is an effective project management tool for smaller projects with smaller teams. It allows you to communicate with your team, keep track of 'to dos', & upload files, so the entire team has access to them. What do you dislike? The interface for communication seems outdated.
