Great For Keeping Information Together

What do you like best? Basecamp gives a central location to store all aspects of a product while also giving the ability to set tasks and due dates for a small or large team. What do you dislike? Sometimes I find the user interface to be a little finicky when downloading or trying to view all of the files in a project. What do you like best? I like that you can upload/email files and discussions straight from your email. It is useful for the agency that you can share project templates.
