What do you like best? The fairly easy access to "modules" for different information (to dos, calendar, discussion, etc.. What do you dislike? The graphic design seems a little dated. Recommendations to others considering the product This platform has a lot of customization aspects which reflect significant development over the years. What do you like best? I like that clients don't need to have a Basecamp account to communicate. Also, the team and client sections are separated. What do you like best? I like the email notification system, the cost, range of media that can be used on the platform. What do you dislike? I dislike the UI and found it harder to use than some of its competitors, having said that it still only took a brief overview from a project manager to pick it up.It doesn't have all the features of a full project management tool like smartsheet. What do you like best? I like the mail forwarding and message board feature. It keeps my inbox cleaned up and emails organized by project - no more hunting down info in my email. We love the template feature since we have similar projects for different business partners. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Basecamp helped our team of 12 get on the same page with clients and projects. We created a "Project" for each of our clients and stored important documents and files in their project folder, including contracts, estimates, invoices, commercial scripts, contacts, and meeting notes. What do you like best? Love using basecamp for team projects. It allows everyone to stay on the same page and easily access all relevant documents.
