Basecamp — Perhaps lacking a bit of software design finess, but great for multi-person projects!

What do you like best? I like the "Docs and Files" tab, which is what I use mostly, because any user can upload a wide variety of files and then organize them in folders with notes to other users. You can also set up notifications for when you want another user to know you've uploaded something.
