Excellent Project Management Software

What do you like best? The biggest benefit we have found is the centralization of all notes, tasks, and internal communication for projects. The system allows us to create tasks list (the new groups within a list make it so much easier to organize tasks, assign multiple people to tasks, track project progress, and communicate with the client from one system. The interface isn't particularly attractive, but the functionality is more important, of course. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Many of our client reports have giant file sizes that we were unable to send via email. Basecamp allows us to upload and share all of our reports in one place, giving access to both internal and external contacts. What do you dislike? Super Easy Collaboration Space

What do you like best? What I liked most about Basecamp was how user friendly it is. It's very straight forward on how to build projects, add people, comment, attach files, etc. I also like the other all look and feel of Basecamp.
