What do you like best? I think basecamp works most effectively for event based projects, which we definitely have. I like that you can assign things to people who don't like logging into basecamp, but they'll still get the emails that they have to do something and can just reply there. What do you like best? It is best served as a central repository of information - emails, files, dates, commentary. It allows for remote or contract members to seamlessly ramp up on a project or stay in the know despite all other factors. What do you dislike? It's a little clunky and slow. What do you like best? Being able to house all documents relating to a project has really come in handy. Before utilizing Basecamp we'd have numerous emails being shared with multiple attachments and different versions of those documents.
