Great team communication and project management tool.
What do you like best? Easy to use, native app for iOS and Mac OS. Makes it easy to communicate, assign tasks, and keep things organized. What do you dislike? Like most tools, it takes some time and effort to learn and use it. Some team member complain that they get too many notifications. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work with a team with multiple remote agents, so this helps us stay on task and organized.

Store Opening/Calander Usage with Basecamp
What do you like best? My favorite part of Basecamp is the simplicity of communication. When files are uploaded, we are all notified immediately and, when we reply to the person who created the files, it allows us respond to their affiliated gmail account versus having to respond within the confines of the website. What do you like best? Basecamp is pretty simple to use and I was able to hit the ground running the first time I used it. What do you dislike?
