What do you like best? BambooHR is a great solution for our company. I use it every day at work. There are so many things that you are able to do through this platform. I typically use it most for requesting days off of work and looking up departments of co-workers. I also have a lot of "off-boarding" tasks that are assigned to me through bamboo. What do you like best? Bamboo HR is so easy to use and is a really great overall user experience. It’s simple a and pretty to look at and works really well! Great product. What do you dislike? What do you like best? BambooHR has been helpful as it keeps track of all of our ministries training to-do's, an aspect that isn't often a regular part of the job. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This is an easy to use tool, can export data in custom formats making it robust What do you dislike? Nothing significant but could make it UK friendly and the way in which leave is calculated could be improved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for small companies
