What do you like best? I like that it is so easy to send out job notifications and relay company information. It is easy to have one simple portal that does it all - it distributes the job information to various platforms and provides one spot for employees to find benefits information, time off requests, employee directory, and other company documents. What do you like best? Very easy to use for both managers and employees. Integrates with many other tools. What do you dislike? Missing some out of the box reports. Workflows not as customizable as they could be. Recommendations to others considering the product: It checks the boxes but misses a lot of "nice to haves". What do you like best? You can create a "Who's Out" calendar, which can plugin directly to your Google Calendar, to show you who is taking time off, doing home office, etc. We used to have to create events manually and copy to multiple calendars. What do you like best? Bamboo has a very simple user interface and it allows employees to complete self service changes. The directory is functional and files are secure. What do you dislike? It doesn't seem to have great integration with other HR type systems. Tasks should be more detailed and with more functionality. What do you like best? I love that Bamboo HR integrates with Greenhouse (our preferred ATS). It allows us to export new hires easily and efficiently. I also love the "Time Off" feature. It allows you to calculate the amount of time off you will have at a given point in time. Perfect for planning vacations!
