Good platform for companies of medium-large size

What do you like best? I like that you can view a hierarchy within the company and easily see who reports to whom, went birthdays are, profile pictures to help put a name to the face, etc. What do you dislike? Great holiday management system

What do you like best? The UI is attractive and relatively intuitive, the colour scheme is nice, it's easy to see at a glance what is happening on the dashboard. What do you dislike? Calculating the holiday days I have left isn't always easy. Days approved but not yet completed don't get added to any totals, so you have to work it out in your head anyway which kind of defeats the point. Simple HR to use for our growing team

What do you like best? I like how you can see people's birthdays, anniversaries, time off, upcoming vaca, etc. all in one centralized and organized dashboard. What do you dislike? How it shows accumulated days off, I wish that it was more detailed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a solution for our growing workforce and our HR needs.

BambooHR has made the workplace so efficient!

What do you like best? I love the virtual time clock, one-stop-shop for PTO, Time Request Off, etc. What do you dislike? We use it for everything even signing internal contracts. No complaints. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it a lot. We introduce new employees, setup payroll, and has all the company information in one place.

Easy to submit time off, and track goals!

What do you like best? I can track the progress of my goals, leave comments, and get reminders of completion! For time off requests, it is so easy to see on a calendar basis who will be in and out of the office, and showing how much time you have left. Files are also stored in the system which is nice, and I can sign electronic forms for easy communication with our Admins. What do you dislike? Nothing in particular! Friendly Aesthetics Good for Small Companies

What do you like best? The platform interface is very warm and easy to use as an employee. Your dashboard contains lots of helpful widgets and for the most part it's intuitive to navigate and find what you need easily. The onboarding module is great and comprehensive. Provides most HR functions needed but lacks customization

What do you like best? As with most SaaS products, BambooHR provides a simplified experience for handling all HR needs. This includes onboarding tasks, org charts, reviews, peer reviews, PTO requests, etc. We integrated BambooHR with our SSO solution and it's just become a part of our daily workflow.
