What do you like best about BambooHR? Using BambooHR has simplified tasks that used to be difficult and time-consuming. With all my employee records in one place, I can easily pull reports for information needed by management, quickly onboard, send updates to documents for electronic signatures and at the same time employees can review their information easily.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I can't pick one feature I like the best. The integrated recruiting tool is fantastic! The BambooHR app allows employees to upload documents directly into their files, significantly reducing the manual workflows we engaged in is a huge timesaver (and reduces error)! The Announcement features allow us to quickly share information with our whole team, even those who work on the road!

What do you like best about BambooHR? Easy to use UI, self serve is very user friendly, SSO is easy to set up, HR Admin functions and reporting are full-featured and work very well. BambooHR customer services is second to none; customizations are easy. Implementation is easy and led by competent and very helpful people.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I like that the BambooHR onboarding is so stress-free. The foundations are already there and there was no need to overly customize the pages just to make it work. All that was required from us was to bring our data. Whether you are transitioning from another HRIS system or building your database from scratch, the assigned onboarding HR Project Manager will make sure you are guided every step of the way.

What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR is so easy to navigate and use not just for the HR Team but all employees too. There is so much functionality and options available that once you invest the time in your initial setup and configuration, it just works. The system is robust. I'm pretty sure we've only had one downtime issue in 15 months. That was resolved within an hour.

What do you like best about BambooHR? By far the most user-friendly HR platform I used. It also has a modern look and employees find it easy to navigate. But above all I value customer service, and BambooHR excels at that. Their responses to my questions are always very prompt - they never disappoint. Since implementation and forward, we have encountered nothing but politeness and genuine interest in helping us.

PROS: I love the easy, intuitive, modern interface! We moved from a very clunky, outdated system and the ability to figure things out on my own because the tool is so well made makes a huge difference! Employees and managers also love the simple PTO tool and are able to manage approvals, changes, and future calculation easily from the web or the mobile app (very cool!). I also can't say enough good things about the customer support team. No more huge phone trees, being transferred to ...
