Their customer support and HR system is great!
PROS: Lots of things to love with this software. It comes with employee data out-of-the-box. Reporting is nice. Comes with flexible Time Off Policies. The Access Levels adds a nice a twist to the typical User and Group management. Benefits management is fantastic. Great onboarding and offboarding processes.

What do you like best about BambooHR? Bamboo HR has an intuitive user experience design and modern aesthetic feel that makes HR seem like an approachable department for completing activities. It is easy to use for managing paid time off, compensation information, and onboarding tasks. There are minimal steps to execute on any assignments, which is always appreciated.

What do you like best about BambooHR? From the first time we spoke with Bamboo HR representatives, their platform, information, and pricing were transparent. Great HR Product
PROS: What I like most about Bamboo is that it has now given me a centralized location for all my HR information/tasks. I wear several hats in my position and "HR Director" is only one of them. Bamboo has given me a format to streamline hiring, on-boarding, vacation tracking and benefits tracking.

What do you like best about BambooHR? It is super easy to use for our employees, all employee data is in one place, performance reviews are simple and not overwhelming for employees and managers, it is a great tool for onboarding new hires and as a reference for company information all the time.
