"Has all the features an employee wants"
What do you like best about BambooHR? There are many features I have wanted in other HRMS tools that always seemed to be missing. BambooHR has them. Some examples are a PTO balance and calculator, a list of birthdays, a list of when people in the company are on PTO, and more. I have worked at countless other companies where I wanted these features but they weren't present.

"HR organization made simple!"
What do you like best about BambooHR? I can stor EE docs simply by ea EE, can send docs for sig electronically, keeps things organized. I track time off, benefits, etc. Very user friendly.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The simplicity and ease of use for Administrators and for Employees. The number of features is very nice. The time tracking has been very beneficial for our company. Anytime I have a question, I receive a quick response from Customer Service.

"BambooHr has streamlined our onbarding process, keeps all documentation in one place."
What do you like best about BambooHR? A streamlined program that automates our process. Performance Management and goal setting are great. Signature templates are awesome. The program is so easy to use. Implementation and customer support were easy. We use the program regularly to send announcements to all employees.
