What do you like best about BambooHR? The user interface is amazing, and my employees love it! What do you dislike about BambooHR? It would be nice if this were table-driven—meaning that when you enter a job, it automatically assigns the FLSA status, salary grade, and related fields.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I like how easy it is to navigate the website. It is simple and easy to find what you are looking for. What do you dislike about BambooHR? Nothing. It is a good website to help with all my workplace needs. I can call off, find subs, look at pay stubs and much more. The only thing I don't like is that my workplace hasn't been using it for very long. I tried to find an old W2, but it was from before we started using Bamboo.

What do you like best about BambooHR? All of the webinars and training provided are incredible. It’s easy to use, and it makes me feel very spruced up. What do you dislike about BambooHR? Reports still need more filters, and I wish you could customize the standard reports more. Right now, it feels like the filters are mainly available for custom reports, not for the standard ones.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The fact that everything is centralized and easy to access regarding my personal information, vacation, etc. What do you dislike about BambooHR? I don't have any particular dislikes about Bamboo, it's a simple system that make it easy to access the information as an employee.

I also appreciate their professionalism and support, along with their willingness to accommodate my individual circumstances. What do you like best about BambooHR? I like the automation and ease of use of BambooHR. It is completely automatic and in the Human Resources area, it is perfect. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, which makes it easier for me to organize staff tasks, have daily tasks better structured, and achieve our goals. What do you dislike about BambooHR? that it works on all operating systems. Android, Mac, Windows, iPhone.

I’d like to be able to build custom dashboards within the ATS. Right now, if I want to pull a report for job openings, I have to select each opening individually. I also really like that, for the most part, I’m able to update my own information myself. The integration of company-wide announcements and birthdays is a nice touch as well. What do you like best about BambooHR? The UI is simple, intuitive, and follows what has become the standard for HR management systems. Managing time off, performance reviews, employee information, and other common HR tasks is straightforward.
