"Excellent customer service!"
What do you like best about BambooHR? Everything is one place, documents and all. I like how documents can be uploaded no matter what size and the easy access. The customer service is quite good, sometimes we have to wait a bit before having issues dealt with.

What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR integrates everything from ATS to onboarding to documentation management to time tracking, payroll and benefits. The platform is easy to use and the app is amazing. We use the directory feature daily.

What do you like best about BambooHR? We can manage so much of the HR management and integrate with many other software and apps. It is easy to manage time off, performance and I love the e-Signatures. BambooHR makes complicated things look so easy!

What do you like best about BambooHR? Bamboo, from start to finish, is one of the best pieces of software we use as a business. It's easy to use from a management/administration perspective, but also from the team's point of view as it's fully customisable. The customer service is second to none and nothing is too much trouble.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The features of BambooHR allow for customization of locations, benefits, holiday time, and local holidays. The approval flows are essential to ensure traceable changes to job descriptions, title, compensation, and commission. The custom tables and fields allow for further customization of the product. Most important is that customer support is the best I have used in 20 years of working in Finance.

"Great System for Mental Health Private Practice"
What do you like best about BambooHR? It is a wonderful system to onboard new staff. You can set up who is supposed to sign off. Before, we used to send attached documents in an email. We were able to transform our documents within Bamboo into signed electronic documents.

What do you like best about BambooHR? It is an easy software to use. The customer service is great. Anytime I have a question, there is a FAQ section but also you can chat or email them to get an answer.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I love that it is easy to work with, and if you need help, you can quickly chat with their support heroes. I also love that the system has the capabilities for APIs and customizations.

What do you like best about BambooHR? Starting from the layout and customization to the access level and authorities to the performance and 360-degree feedback tool. The ATS is ahhmazing! Reporting tools are excellent! I love their 30-30 newsletters, too. Org chart is pretty handy.
