"Comprehensive, intuitive HR management system"
What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR has become our one-stop-shop for all things Human Resources. We were able to consolidate paper files, spreadsheets, and PDF forms into a single web-based repository for all of our employee information, PTO tracking, and policy and benefits documents.

"BambooHR is easy to use"
What do you like best about BambooHR? It acts as both a project management tool to complete HR tasks but also as a communications tool so that you can share things out easily to employees. I love the reporting feature too.

"A Terrific Platform For Your HR Needs"
What do you like best about BambooHR? The interface is very welcoming and easy to use. Requesting time off and seeing which coworkers have time off is very simple. It's also nice to see fun tidbits such as when it's your teammate's birthday or work anniversary, for instance.

"It'a a great tool to plot your paid time away"
What do you like best about BambooHR? I like that it's quite intuitive and easy to use. It does not have a learning curve when figuring it out. You'll also know who is out on a particular day and what the celebration is.

What do you like best about BambooHR? It's easy to search yourself and your colleagues in terms of who is who in the company and reviewing org charts, especially as a recruiter to be able to communicate this to candidates as to who is on the team.
