What do you like best about BambooHR? The website and app are so user-friendly. I find being able to preview as another user so helpful when setting up a new employee.

What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR is a great HR software that has dramatically improved our organization's data tracking as well as notifying our staff of things, creating reports, and even running payroll. BambooHR is constantly improving and implementing things that customers ask for as they are able to.

What do you like best about BambooHR? I like many elements, including ease-of-use, features offered, automated onboarding, and the API directly to our payroll. My absolute favorite feature is the recruiting component, which gives us a great candidate experience while improving communications with hiring managers.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The most helpful aspect of BambooHR is all HR data is in one place. I don't need to search through paper files nor files on my computer to gather data. Entering employee information into BambooHR is easy and I never have to think about where to find the info I need for employee verifications, vacation balances, etc. Prior to adopting BambooHR in 2013, all employee data for our company was in different places, different offices, different spreadsheets. ...
