What do you like best about BambooHR? It is very user-friendly, and it saves me tons of time! I love the ability to create automatic reminders, letter templates, task lists for onboarding and offboarding, digital signatures, and easy reporting.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The design with the user-friendly interface is a pleasure to observe. While all personal information remains encrypted, all the employees remain calm so that their sensitive information won't leak.

What do you like best about BambooHR? Few clicks are needed to complete tasks. Love that the ATS seamlessly helps hire and onboard new employees. Signing off on forms is also very easy to set up and send out, as well as easy to find signed documents in employees' folders once completed. Time off tracking is very simple for people to book and as well for managers to accept or decline. What do you like best about BambooHR? I like that everything is kept in one place. The ability to manage all employees without having to keep paper files, especially since working remotely, is invaluable.

What do you like best about BambooHR? The application replaces 100% of our employee files and give management and the employee 24/7 access to their information. The software tracks their vacation, PTO, etc. allowing for full transparency.

What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR makes it easy to manage every stage of the employee life cycle. Onboarding and Offboarding tasks are easy to set up and delegate specific tasks to other employees.

"Great agile HR solution for small to medium business"
What do you like best about BambooHR? The features in bamboo are well thought out, like the onboarding / offboarding processes and the hiring process. The flow is lightweight, doesn't take a lot of training to get up and running, and it's easy to use from an employee point of view. The ability to view the dashboard from an employee's point of view is also very useful. I've used the customer support feature several times and they are always fast to reply.

What do you like best about BambooHR? How easy BambooHR makes managing employees as an HR team of one: From administering benefits, to payroll & benefits to keeping track of anniversaries and birthdays and beyond -- I no longer live in spreadsheets! It's amazing.
