What do you like best about BambooHR? Its ability to facilitate the concept of tiered management of employees and its potential to be very detailed and intense in the quality of specific online training tasks has brought a lot of satisfaction to the HR department. The price is right, and the user interface is brilliant.

What do you like best about BambooHR? We went through an extensive platform and solution review before we chose BambooHR from among three finalists. The initial reason was "culture fit." What we have realized since then is our initial excitement over the ease of use and user-friendliness of both the desktop and mobile versions of the HRIS. What do you like best about BambooHR? Bamboo is extremely easy to use from both an employee and HR perspective; the functionality is excellent and the ability to customise fields is hugely helpful. It has been amazing to streamline our processes with integrations with slack, Culture Amp, and Lattice (and we're about to integrate with a payroll solution as well), seriously reducing administrative burden.
