What do you like best about BambooHR? HRIS and Payroll are very easy to use, and the customer support is excellent. Other companies are hard to get a hold of or don't follow up.

What do you like best about BambooHR? It's incredibly user-friendly on both the employee and the admin side. They continuously roll out new features and update the product, and we love the TRAX integration. It makes processing payroll very seamless.

"An invaluable tool for managing employee data"
What do you like best about BambooHR? BambooHR enables self-service employee data management and reporting. Feature highlights include custom access control (at the data field level) , custom data and tables, automated notifications, onboarding/offboarding task lists, time off tracking, org charts, and extensive reporting capabilities. All of this is wrapped in a very intuitive UI (for both the end-user and system admins).

"Goldilocks HRIS for SMBs"
What do you like best about BambooHR? While the system is easy to use and provides all the basics needed to get a small or medium business up and running, the service Bamboo provides makes it special. Bamboo Customer support is top notch compared to any other company - HRIS or otherwise.

"Really powerful and easy to use"
What do you like best about BambooHR? It is truly fantastic. They give plenty of support but it isn't needed because it is so simple and easy to use. They do this while increasing functionality. I only truly appreciated how great this system is until we tried using a different HR platform. Highly reccomend.

"Easy Interface and functionality"
What do you like best about BambooHR? BamboooHR is extremely easy to use. The interface makes it very user-friendly, and the layout allows even those who struggle with technology to navigate. Besides the website, I can not speak highly enough of the customer service representatives I have spoken with. They are kind, compassionate and determined to solve any issues or problems you present.
