"Great issue tracking system"
What do you like best? I like the flexibility of the issue states. It helps me with representing our way of working better. Also I love the kanban view. What do you dislike? I would have prefered if the attachment viewer was inline rather than opening on a different URL. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? "Exactly what we were looking for"
What do you like best? Simplicity, ease of use and functionality right out of the box. What do you dislike? Could have had a little more configurability and the printing needs to be improved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have tried so many different development/bug tracking systems and they all either were way too complex or didn't have any kind of configurability. When I finally found and tried Backlog I was so thrilled, it fit ...
