"Good tool, feature rich already on the free tier"
What do you like best about Backlog? I like very much the dashboard which is very clear and concise and gives a good overview of the project status. The customization of issues with custom text for issue types is also essential for me as the standard issues are not enough for managing a comple project. What do you like best about Backlog? It is easy to use and understand, yet covers everything. What do you dislike about Backlog? I don't have any problems with NuLab Backlog. Tagging would be handy, unless that is something that exists and that I am overlooking. What do you like best about Backlog? It is easy to submit tickets and track what you are doing. What do you dislike about Backlog? I get an email for every action that is taken. Gets a little annoying sometimes. What problems is Backlog solving and how is that benefiting you? More seamless process for our dev team to track issues and requests.
