Worst backup service I've ever signed up for

Worst backup service ever.No contact person. No way to backup network drives.Useless.Trying to get a refund and cancel subscription, nobody's answering emails.SCAM ALERT!!!

What do you like best? Backblaze is very simple to set-up on the computer and runs seamlessly in the background. It even backs-up the attached USB drive. Great cloud storage solution

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? BackBlaze is great product for backing up to a cloud that I currently use to back up image files and SQL Databasles from servers. It has easy interface and it allows me to sync via NAS Synology Rackstation where my local backups reside. It’s great when is set as a task to a backup directly to this cloud. Great Upload speed, amazing software

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? BackBlaze runs in the background, and I can control it when I want it to run or to delay it for couple of hours. I can easily and quickly download a file. My friend and I tested the hard drive recovery and the results were amazing. We were able to get refund for the device. Good basic backup solution

What do you like best? It was quick and easy to set up for someone in a non-IT based role, with little knowledge of the Backblaze interface. I was able to to mirror a server as a backup, and start uploading data to the cloud within an hour. What do you dislike? If using Backblaze with an Apple system, you have a backup of your files but you cant restore from a disk image in the same way you would using Apple's Time Machine. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Setting up BackBlaze is very simple, it allows me to select drives and files. I love the control panel feature, it provides me with information of how much I have backed up and it provides me with assurance that my files are save. Upload your file and forget about it. $5 monthly and you have more than 3TB backed up of the files that are extremely large (image sequences, 300GB ProRes exports I’m able to use the whole upstream connection so I can know that the upload is fast.
