Empty promises, poor customer service
We chose this software for the reports that were available, although as time went on there were many issues all around. As a basic service, sure it works fine but don't rely on it for any realtime usage.The customer service has been frustrating. Every few months someone else calls or emails to let us know they are our "new service rep" and if we have any issues to let them know. stay away!!!! scammers
Was promised a 30 day trial to see if I like the cameras. Ended up not satisfied and was told to pay a cancelation fee that was not discussed in the agreement. all the documents that was discuss are now missing in action. I'm sooo upset please don't do business with these people

Will Not be Using or Recommending
I have been in contact with Azuga since March of 2020, it is now September 2020 and the amount of calls attempting to make a sale is incomprehensible. It's clear they don't have much business or they wouldn't have the resources to be calling at least once a week for 6 months. Initially I found their site on my search for GPS tracking and was given a nice sales call and sent marketing materials going over the products. Long Term Contracts, Fees, Poor Software
I initially chose this software for the reports that were available, although reports that did not function properly. Watch out for the overpromising Sales Associates.I do not recommend this company due to lack of daily functionality, inability to evaluate software issues and make corrections, and customer service or the lack of, and the stone age rationale of trapping customers in Long Term Contracts. Poorly executed idea
The interface is poor. The videos, are poor from a technical stand point. The content is good. But having to see incomplete assignments is irritating even after watching them several times. A lot of the time there’s also no sound. Updating scores is inconsistent. The assigned scores are useless without knowing what where when and how we are being docked points. Making the scores irrelevant and arbitrary. The idea is great but very poorly executed.
