What do you like best? My company just switched over to using etouches from another event registration website. So far we have only had positive feedback from our clients. The eReg and eHome portals are very self-explanatory and produces a clean user-friendly event registration page. One of our favorite parts about the program is how much you can customize each registration page based on the potential registrants' registration type.

What do you like best? System is quite powerful and allows me to do most of the things I want to do. While quite a lot of it is intuitive if I run into problems your tech support is excellent - always helpful and pleasant. Tech support is also very helpful at helping to brainstorm ways to accommodate unusual client needs. Love that you can convert an abandoned registration. I also like that you can tell what was modified in a record after the fact.
