What do you like best about Avalara? Nothing so far. It calculates tax for you at a very expensive service rate. What do you dislike about Avalara?

What do you like best about Avalara? The accuracy of the taxing details, and the different reports which allowance me to get the different types of data required for the different states.

"From bad to worst"
What do you like best about Avalara? I honestly can't say since I was not able to test their service at all after spending over a thousand dollars and hours of trying to set up their integration with WooCommerce.

"Great way to stay up on tax requirements without being a Tax expert."
What do you like best about Avalara? AvaTax was easy to connect to Magento. I especially like that we do not have to be experts in sales in every state and county we makes sales in. The customer support groups has been awesome. They respond quickly and provide guidance in a variety of areas.

What do you like best about Avalara? When it is properly configured, Avalara is able to accurately and quickly pull in correct sales tax information per county/city/state.

"AvaTax from Avalara is a must have"
What do you like best about Avalara? AvaTax figures all sales taxes out for our operators automatically, quickly and quietly in the background while we are doing our thousands and thousands of sales orders. The reporting their online website offers gives me a simple way to check into individual transactions and verify a months worth of sales and taxes.

"Automated, hands off maintenance of ever changing tax laws"
What do you like best about Avalara? I don't have to worry about compliance with ever changing tax laws and rates. Doing this in-house would not only require an experienced person spending a significant amount of time, but there still would not be that comfort level that we had caught everything.
