Great Tool for Tracking & Communication
What do you like best? Being able to document, track, and seamlessly communicate to trades on things that need attention, but also thing that are going well. I would say our trades would agree with this statement also. It helps keep our trades on task and work more efficiently, by being able to have a real-time list on hand without needing to run around trying to find things that need attention. If you use Autodesk products this will be where you store your models/drawings
What do you like best? Document management and the file viewer. What do you dislike? It wants to be the sole source of all project related data. Recommendations to others considering the product: It has it's quirks but it's getting there. Civil 3D it still needs some work because it is still new for it but they are focused on getting it improved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Spread out teams/offices, this requires less IT ...
