Not particularly UI friendly

What do you like best? Does everything you would need a payment processor to do. The UI is not entirely user-friendly and I find it hard to sort by certain criteria. What do you dislike? Exported csv's are sometimes inconsistent though I'm not sure if that's an Authorize.Net issue or a back-end issue for our website. Functional for businesses

What do you like best? Helpful platform for us to collect payments from our clients without processing fees. What do you dislike? We have to call our clients and take the cards over the phone to input on our own. Wish they could use their own link to pay! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Still an easy way to collect payments and not incredibly time consuming.

Straight Forward

What do you like best? I can run reports for certain time periods and search via name easily. What do you dislike? I dislike how the Authorize Net customer support doesn't know how to help me with importing reports into QuickBooks. What do you like best? It's easy to authorize payments through them! We use it on our site and we also use it manually to charge cards. What do you dislike? I'm not sure if i dislike anything yet. We used to have to ender in ALL customer transactions though this like dial up thing. It wasn't as easy as Authorize.
