HORRIBLE "POLICIES" & SERVICE

They don't cancel your account and continue to charge you $25 per month forever. I have called, chatted, and emailed with them 3 times now, this is my third time they told me it's canceled. I don't trust them at all. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw another $25 charge next month. STAY AWAY FROM AUTHORIZE.NET!

Works fine...until it doesn'

What do you like best? When things are going smoothly, the processing seems to work fine. What do you dislike? Bad customer service. Terrible systems in place which exasperate their poor customer service. The sign-up process was easy. Getting a transaction limit increase (because of successful growth in sales) was invasive, time-consuming, and they held OUR MONEY while they took time to review.
