Great product and excellent service
Asset Bank is a hugely flexible tool that was able to meet all our main needs for sharing digital assets really well. We got a great service that helped us to get up and running within our timeframe.

Excellent Customer Service
Sam in the customer service team dealt with my queries quickly and efficiently. We were supported through the process of troubleshooting issues and then an update to the site UI. The team are very happy with the service and look forward to working with Asset Bank in the future. I would recommended Asset Bank to any organisation looking for a solid image library supplier, with fantastic customer service.

Thanks for making my life so much easier!
Asset Bank is an excellent product. Have been using it for over a year now and it’s made managing and distributing all our image resources a so much more professional experience. All our Users have commented on how easy the system is to use.Very few support problems, but those that have occurred have been resolved super quick by a very helpful and knowledgeable support staff.Thanks everyone!

The best supplier I have ever had
Asset Bank software is fantastic for our needs: full of functionalities, easy to use and configure, scalable, always up to date, fast and reliable.In addition let me said the support and the consultants are excellent: skilled people, always ready to help you and very fast applying any correction.As I already said Bright Interactive is the best supplier I have ever had.

Fantastic product and brilliant support!
Asset Bank has done an amazing job of helping sort out our digital images and video to make them usable and effective. It is a very robust and versatile system. Everyone at my company finds it very beneficial to their work and easy to use. In addition the level of support and helpfulness of the support staff is amazing. Very impressed and highly recommended.

Support staff are friendly, efficient and the platform is so easy to use.
The support team have always been incredibly helpful and quick to action requests. The platform is easy to use, has some great features and allows us enough control to make changes to the site ourselves.

An integrated, comprehensive asset library that is easy to use
From the very beginning after deciding to use Asset Bank, set-up and implementation has been very easy and without any problems. The admin and technical staff immediately understood my concerns and requirements and helped every step of the way making it a painless process. There continued support and training has been invaluable. I would highly recommend Asset Bank to any organisation looking for a easy but comprehensive asset library system.

Delighted Asset Bank User
I've been using Asset Bank's digital asset management solution for just over 2 years. From my first contact with the company, it's clear they are passionate about the product and keen to find a solution that fits well with businesses of all sizes.The system is very user friendly, easy to use and functions how you would expect it to from day one of installation. I've had no issues using the system over the past 2 years and would highly recommend the DAM solution from Asset Bank.

Great product, efficient support
Asset Bank is a very good product. We had been using masses of folders with deep hierarchy and often discovered 'lost' assets and multiple duplicates. Even after only 1 week of using Asset Bank, we are reaping the benefits of having a professional cloud-based asset management system.Highly recommended.
