Fantastic service, excellent product.
Asset Bank is a fantastic product - it is a piece of software that can be easily moulded to work within a company's structure. The service I receive from the support team is fast and very helpful. Our company uses Asset Bank to store our assets across five Operating Divisions in several countries and we have adapted it to work to how we need it to very successfully. Asset Bank consultancy
The consulting sessions were very helpful and we tried to prepare for them as much as possible.It was difficult to envisage working scenarios at that stage not knowing the system, consequently we caused unnecessary duplication which we then had to undo.Rich was so helpful and patient in explaining things and got us over the line!Thank you! Can't wait to start populating the library, it's a great tool and once we launch to the company it will really change how we work!

Helpful customer service
Asset Bank recently upgraded our homepage. Throughout the process the customer support was excellent - any queries I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. We are very happy with our new homepage which is much cleaner and more straight forward to navigate.

Rich, very helpful and flexible
Rich was very flexible to our requests and always ready to help. We have changed the system a lot from its first layout and structure, and all the changes were done swiftly. The explanation about how the online platform works has always been clear and now we master the system pretty well. I would definitely recommend Asset Bank to anyone who needs a file sharing platform!

I think that Asset Bank was the right solution for us
Asset Bank was the right product for us that fullfilled all our expectations. In additio, times of implementation were perfect and very short. The assistance was very accurate and also present. Very good product with very good professionals.

A comprehensive piece of digital asset management software.The level of support provided allows for confidence in the system. The response to queries and software issue is dealt with swiftly and the response comes from client facing support.I would recommend speaking to the company and getting a demonstration if you are thinking of installing this software as they can best advise on how it would suit your needs.
