A powerful tool from a responsive and innovative team

What do you like best? Assembled is useful not only for the bare bones of rapidly creating schedules and managing staffing and OOO for our support teams, but also for giving us visibility at points in time as to who should be doing what role. Great Software with an easy learning curve and an amazing team for support

What do you like best? The engineers and sales team help out at each turn of the process. We are kept informed, and never in the dark. Very easy to talk to and incorporate any new ideas and thoughts. They started a chat group so any of us with questions had easy and direct feedback to them. This is still in place, so not just during implementation, but also during our initial learning and usage. What do you like best? Assembled's platform is intuitive and easy to learn to use from an admin and user level. The whole Assembled team is super great to work with - very responsive, reasonably flexible, receptive to feedback, and quick to help. What do you dislike? Great software for workforce management

What do you like best? They've helped us grow our workforce without having to grow our workforce management team. Their customer support and attention to detail are second to none. A lot of the features they've built, enabled us to build certain bits inhouse and integrate them extremely smoothly with Assembled. New admin user getting acquainted with Assembled - so far, so good, and love their support!

What do you like best? Assembled makes it easy to view schedules on a daily/weekly basis, and has lots of filtering and sorting features to make sure the staffing view is as relevant as needed. It's also very easy for agents to submit PTO, and for team leads to adjust the schedule according to real time changes.
