What do you like best about Asana? Creating rules is very helpful to prioritize my work on a daily basis automatically. Being able to tag my tasks to projects so I can organize the display based on the type of work I am completing is very nice. I LOVE the celebration when I complete tasks...very motivating for me! We have been able to use custom fields to mark each task with project numbers to easily search and reference projects completed even years in the past. What do you like best about Asana? The ease with which teams can collaborate and provide information. What do you dislike about Asana? Some collaborators can be resistant to using the software. What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to track where tasks are in our processes and where the bottlenecks occur. This has allowed us to streamline our workflow and improve handoffs between teams.
