What do you like best about Asana? Asana has become one of the most invaluable tools in my career. I have worked at Tesla, NerdWallet, and Amazon, all of which use Asana to great effect. What do you like best about Asana? The ease with which teams can collaborate and provide information. What do you dislike about Asana? Some collaborators can be resistant to using the software. What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to track where tasks are in our processes and where the bottlenecks occur. This has allowed us to streamline our workflow and improve handoffs between teams.

What do you like best about Asana? Creating rules is very helpful to prioritize my work on a daily basis automatically. Being able to tag my tasks to projects so I can organize the display based on the type of work I am completing is very nice. I LOVE the celebration when I complete tasks...very motivating for me! What do you like best about Asana? The most helpful part of Asana for our team is the custom fields function. We have been able to use custom fields to mark each task with project numbers to easily search and reference projects completed even years in the past. We also create custom fields to mark which team and team member is requesting each task. What do you like best about Asana? I like how easy it is to get started in Asana. The program is very easy to use and understand without extensive instructions or teachings. What do you dislike about Asana? I don't love the Asana mobile app. I mostly work from the desktop app though, so it's not a big deal. What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you? Asana helps me stay on track with cross-departmental projects. It also helps me stay on top of my personal to-do list.

What do you like best about Asana? The ease of organizing priorities, setting deadlines and subtasks. And the assignment of tasks, fundamental. What do you dislike about Asana? almost nothing. The difficulty of customizing projects if you create them yourself (List, Board...). Eliminate recurring tares (sometimes they keep appearing). What problems is Asana solving and how is that benefiting you? Asana removes communication barriers between very different teams (product, support, IT, locations).
