Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.

Simple, fun to use
What do you like best? It’s quite intuitive and easy to learn. Even my most tech averse and less savvy staff love and use it daily. I like the consolidated email updates and the board and list options. It’s very versatile and easily tailored which I appreciate. What do you dislike? The email updates could be a little bit easier to digest. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Teamwork, transparency, status updates, automated ...

Asana is the app I use every day, all day.
What do you like best? Asana's app has completely changed how we get work done. The flexibility and power throughout the app allow us to cross-reference tasks across projects, track custom metadata, build reports via their powerful export and data sync functionality, and is lightweight enough to manage my day-to-day task list. What do you dislike? Wielding the power of Asana as a new user can be overwhelming. It was sometimes difficult to understand when we should use tags versus ...

Asana has one of the best interfaces for Project Management
What do you like best? The listing of the tasks is laid out very nicely, and I love the ability to see additional notes for a chosen task in the same window. I use the comments section of each task to keep a log of any project updates, which comes in handy. I also like the ability to receive an email when a task is due. What do you dislike? The one thing I don't like about it, is that there isn't a specified area created just for notes in each task. I use the comments section, but it ...

A decent tool for project management
What do you like best? Asana is a solid tool for managing multiple projects in an organization with multiple people. You can easily break up projects into tasks and assign those out to whomever needs to run with them. What do you dislike? It doesn't seem super great if you are running development projects. We run a scrum process and it doesn't do a great job of providing a clean board to see everyone on the team's progress easily. What business problems are you solving with the ...
