More updates with my colleagues in an easy way

What do you like best? As a product designer, it's really practical being in touch with my boss and collegues for my projects updates, in real time getting rid of many emails. What do you dislike? Actually I'm not having any problem with it, it's just a little hard to start it with people hard to convince on using new approaches. Recommendations to others considering the product Give it a try and then you'll see more and more people will join it. Thanks to manuals and how to videos, ...

Total monitoring of projects in development and useful unification of people

What do you like best? The responsibility that Asana gives to the members of the projects is the greatest virtue that can exist to be successful, because each member takes care of the work that corresponds to him and suffuses it in the time provided by this software, as well as the interaction that obtains is paramount for the follow-up of the work, because if any person has a question, they can ask the members of the project and solve it altogether, at this moment the whole organization ...

Everything all in one place

What do you like best? I can quickly and easily set a task, recurring task or add a project and then not worry about it until it comes up again on my dashboard. When I use the tags and tag colors I can quickly identify and categorize tasks and even see them on different calendars. What do you dislike? You have to know some simple tricks to quickly and easily set up a project. The trick is that you have to put a colon (: after a task name to make it a project. Recommendations to others ...

Asana Review

What do you like best? It has a calendar application embedded within, which allows the team to all share a working calendar What do you dislike? It's a separate application and does not connect directly to our existing calendars such as outlook or gmail, which makes it more of a hassle of duplicating inputs than increased efficiency. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it for project management purposes. A benefit ...

Cross Functional Collaboration and Documentation

What do you like best? How it can be used for different functions. Engineering needs are often at odds with other functions like Marketing, but Asana allows both teams to be in the same project management tool which is key. What do you dislike? The pricing is steep and there are some great features that are one price tier above ours. Unfortunately, right now there are not enough features to justify moving one more tier above what we are already paying. Recommendations to others ...

Project management with Asana

What do you like best? What I like the most about asana is its agile interface and the integration it can have with other tools such as instagantt, they definitely make project management something easier to follow, carry and execute, it is enough to just create the tasks, assign them to a analyst and place the main person responsible for the project as a follower, so that the latter ensures that everything is fully accomplished. Tools like asana are so powerful that they are used in the ...

Simple and organized

What do you like best? Asana is a great platform to streamline and simplify your workflow. From tasks, to to-do’s and project management, Asana allows you to see the bigger picture of where everything is in the pipeline, so you don’t drop the ball on anything that’s important to you and your business. What do you dislike? After their most recent update, the navigation within the program itself can sometimes be frustrating. Sometimes I end up going in circles to get back to a certain ...
