What do you like best? Environment, notifications and ease of configuration. What do you dislike? A bit difficult to use and connectivity (you need Internet connection. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Management of projects of the company.

Great Task Management Software

What do you like best? I especially like the ability to create subtasks within a task. What do you dislike? Would be helpful to be able to creating a "Waiting" function - i.e. waiting to hear back from John Doe. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am attorney with a case load of 50-65 active files at a given time. This software allows me to stay on top of the files to avoid missing things.

The most frustrating and time consuming…

The most frustrating and time consuming customer service. They have no phone numbers to call if you have a problem, and to solve one small problem took emailing (a new person each email back and forth over 2 days. They bill you incorrect amounts then try to avoid talking to you. BIG WASTE OF TIME

What do you like best? I love how clearly everything is laid out and how easy it is to collaborate with other employees using this system. What do you dislike? I would love an embedded excel or word platform, but I can still upload my work into asana for sharing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can prove my deadlines are kept and when I worked on things to my employer..I work remotely.

Make your work easy

What do you like best? Its really great, easy to understand how to use it, and make my work much easier. Also is great because of asana work is much better organized, and you can see not all of your work, but also your colleague work which is great for teamwork. What do you dislike? What I like most about ASANA is that it can send reminders and alerts of tasks and activities that are pending to be fulfilled in the times or if someone has done some updating in the assigned tasks.
